How NthSol collects, uses and protects personal information on nthsol.com and in the NthSol Marketing Center app.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Who we are
We are NthSol LLC. We run the website nthsol.com and the NthSol Marketing Center app, called “the App” below. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website and the App, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have.
For any question about this policy, or to use any of your rights, email hello@nthsol.com.
2. Information we collect on our website
- Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. The form sends them to our team by email, and the website may also keep a copy.
- Booking a call. Our booking links open Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you pick, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies on its pages.
- Visitor statistics. If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see how people use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Until you accept, Google Analytics does not load.
- Videos. Our About page shows a YouTube video. The player loads, and YouTube sets its cookies, only after you accept marketing cookies.
- Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. The Google Privacy Policy applies to it.
- Blog comments. If you comment on a blog post, we keep the name, email address and comment you enter, plus your IP address and browser details, to show and moderate comments and to filter spam.
- Server logs. Our host, Hostinger, records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can run and stay secure.
3. Business contacts we email
We sometimes email businesses about our services. For this we use business contact details that the person or company has made public, such as a name, work email address, job title, company name and website. Each email says who we are and includes a way to opt out. When you opt out, we stop.
4. The NthSol Marketing Center app
The App is a tool for planning, creating and publishing social media content. A signed-in user can connect the social media accounts of a business they manage. The App then publishes the posts that a person has approved and shows how those posts perform. Nothing is posted without a person’s approval.
4.1 App accounts
For each App user we keep a name, an email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, never as plain text.
4.2 Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
When you connect Meta, you choose which Facebook Pages to share. For those Pages and the Instagram professional accounts linked to them, we receive their IDs, names, usernames, profile pictures and access tokens. The App asks for these permissions: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, read_insights, business_management, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish and instagram_manage_insights.
We use them to publish approved posts, reels and stories to those Pages and accounts, and to read the performance numbers of the posts the App published (views, reach and the counts of reactions, comments and shares). The App does not read private messages or the text of comments.
4.3 YouTube (Google)
The App uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel, the App asks for the youtube.upload and youtube.readonly permissions. With them it uploads the videos you approved to your channel, reads your channel’s basic details (name, ID and picture) and reads the statistics of your videos (views, likes and comment counts).
- By using the YouTube features of the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- The Google Privacy Policy also applies to your use of YouTube.
- You can remove the App’s access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page.
- NthSol’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.4 LinkedIn
When you connect your LinkedIn profile, the App asks for the openid, profile and w_member_social permissions. We receive your name, profile picture and LinkedIn member ID, and the App can publish the posts you approved to your profile.
When you connect a LinkedIn Page that you administer, the App asks for the r_organization_social, w_organization_social and rw_organization_admin permissions. It uses them to see which Pages you administer, publish the posts you approved to them and read the statistics of those posts.
4.5 How we use data from these platforms
- We use it only to provide the App’s features to the people in the workspace that connected the account: publishing, scheduling, showing results and preparing drafts and reports.
- The App uses AI agents built on Anthropic’s Claude to write drafts and summarize results. To do this, the agents can see the business’s own content and the post statistics described above. We do not allow this data to be used to train AI models.
- We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
- People can see a workspace’s data only after they sign in to that workspace.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and the App, and only as far as they need it:
- Hostinger (website hosting)
- Google (Analytics, Google Fonts, the YouTube video on our About page, and YouTube when you connect it to the App)
- Calendly (booking calls)
- Meta, LinkedIn and Google, when the App publishes or reads statistics on the accounts you connected
- Anthropic (the AI that drafts content and reports in the App)
- Cloudflare (delivers media files to Instagram while a post is being published)
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
6. Cookies
Some cookies are needed for the site to work, such as the one that remembers your cookie choice. Google Analytics and the YouTube player set cookies only after you accept them in the banner that appears on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time on our Cookie Policy page, which lists every cookie we use. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. Legal bases (EU and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:
- Contract and steps before a contract: answering your messages, holding calls you book and providing the App.
- Consent: Google Analytics and YouTube cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the website and App secure, improving them and emailing businesses about relevant services.
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or longer when the law requires it. When you disconnect an account in the App (Settings, then Channels, then Disconnect), the App deletes the stored access token for it straight away. Content and post statistics stay in the workspace until they are deleted or you ask us to delete them.
9. How to delete your data
- Ask us: email hello@nthsol.com with the subject “Delete my data” and tell us which account or email address it concerns. We will delete the data and confirm within 30 days.
- In the App: disconnect the account under Settings, then Channels.
- On the platform: remove the App’s access in Facebook Business Integrations, Instagram apps and websites, your Google account permissions or LinkedIn permitted services.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, limit or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave. This includes rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and other US state laws, Canada’s PIPEDA, Australia’s Privacy Act and the UAE’s personal data protection law. We do not sell personal information.
To use any of these rights, email hello@nthsol.com. We will not treat you differently for using them. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
11. International transfers
We and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.
12. Security
We protect personal information with reasonable technical and organizational measures. Access to the App is limited to signed-in users, and the App connects to the social platforms over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children
Our website and App are for businesses. They are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
14. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page or tell App users directly.
